Agreement to Terms
By using CoastCrew Norwalk Towing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
Services We Provide
We provide towing and roadside assistance services throughout Norwalk, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and more. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, and other factors beyond our control.
Payment and Pricing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on factors like distance, vehicle type, and time of service. You will receive a price estimate before we begin work. Additional fees may apply for special circumstances like difficult recovery situations or after-hours service. If your vehicle is stored at our facility, daily storage fees will apply.
Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information about your vehicle and location. You are responsible for removing all personal items from your vehicle before towing. We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle. You must have the legal right to authorize the towing of any vehicle you request us to tow. If you provide false information or do not have proper authorization, you may be held liable.
Liability and Insurance
We carry proper insurance and take great care with your vehicle. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle or damage that occurs due to the condition of your vehicle. We are not responsible for damage to lowered vehicles, vehicles with custom modifications, or vehicles that require special handling unless you inform us in advance. Our liability is limited to the actual value of your vehicle.
Cancellations
You may cancel your service request before our driver arrives at no charge. If our driver has already arrived at your location, a service call fee may apply. If we cannot complete the service due to issues on your end, such as an inaccessible location or incorrect information, you may still be charged a service call fee.
Vehicle Storage
If your vehicle is stored at our facility, you must claim it within a reasonable time. Storage fees apply for each day your vehicle remains with us. We have the right to place a lien on your vehicle for unpaid towing and storage fees as permitted by California law. Abandoned vehicles may be sold to recover costs after proper legal notice.
Disputes and Resolution
If you have a complaint about our service, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues fairly. Any disputes that cannot be resolved will be handled according to California state law. You agree that any legal action must be filed in the appropriate court in Los Angeles County, California.
